Where are your Items printed & shipped from?
Our blank garments are sourced from a variety of suppliers and countries. All our garments are sweatshop free. 
We print/embroider our exclusive designs in our facilities on a one-by-one basis upon order. Our facilities/workshops are located in the US, UK, Latvia (EU) & Australia. We will use the closest facility/workshop when creating your order to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Will my order come with tracking?
Yes. Your order will be fully tracked throughout the entire journey.

What if my items don't fit?
We know that it can be difficult to select a size when buying online. We offer a flexible exchange program for items that don't fit as expected. If you want to size up/down simply navigate to our returns portal and submit an exchange request. We will then send you instructions on sending back the items for an exchange.

What if I don't like the items and want to return them?
We offer a 28 day return window for returns/refunds. Navigate to our returns portal and submit an exchange request. We will then send you instructions on sending back the items for a refund. If your item is damaged or incorrect, let us know and we will quickly send you a replacement. 

I received my items, how do I wash them to make sure they last?
Our T-Shirts and hoodies are 100% and 80% cotton respectively. 
To best wash cotton, we recommend the following:

• Turning the item inside out when placing in your washing machine (the print on the inside).
  Wash the item with like similar colors.
• Wash at or below 30°C/90°F.
• Do not bleach the items. 
• Do not tumble dry the items
• Avoid the drying machine where possible. Cotton doesn't like heat and may shrink (Note - our items are preshrunk but you will still experience shrinkage if the items reach high temperatures in the dryer).

What if my items get damaged in the wash?
In the rare case where your items get damaged in the wash, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement. Please note that this will not apply to orders over 90 days old. 

I just placed an order, how long until my items arrive?
Our processing time depends on the size of your order. 
It takes us about 1-5 days of production to prepare/craft your items before we ship them. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times:
